For the past several years, I have used Thai Visa Centre exclusively for all my immigration needs. I have a Non-O visa for the purposes of retirement and while I could do the extensions myself, I find that using Thai Visa has several advantages. First, I don't have to deal with immigration -- ever. I haven't been in an immigration office since I started using them. Second, they can handle all of my immigration needs: visa extensions, 90 day reports, residence certificates, visa transfer from an old to a new passport, etc. All of this can be done online and through the Thai Postal EMS service, which is secure and reliable. In Bangkok, they will even dispatch a messanger to pick up and return your documents. Of course, it can be nerve-wracking to send off important documents like a passport but they have been very responsive in ensuring that my mind is at ease and to answer any questions I might have. To me, the cost has been well worth it for the peace of mind they offer.

I needed a dtv visa and was recommended this company they even got back to me to check I still needed it . I did alot of research to find a good visa agent to handle my non o retirement visa and was so happy that I picked Thai Visa Centre. They are definitely on point. I went with the express option. Recently I did my retirement Visa renew for one year. I did it at Chainat local Police /Immigration. I have to say the service each time is 110 %. I used the Non-O Retirement Visa service, and from the moment I started connecting with the Thai Visa Centre and asking questions, they were very supportive and comprehensive, and the tracking and messaging technology is very high-tech and efficient. They are very prompt in responding and extremely friendly. I want you to know that the visa was actually successful and on time, according to the agreement stipulated. I have just extended my Retirement Visa using this company. This is the time line of interactions and shows amazing service. 13 Feb Passport, 4 Photos, TM47 (90 Day Report paperwork) and digital photo sent by express post to Thai Visa Centre 14 Feb Grace at the Thai Visa Centre responds with advice. Documents received 15 Feb Fees Transferred to their Bank 15 Feb Grace at the Thai Visa Centre advises that money received 16 Feb Txt message received & Email with link to online page where I can see the progress of my application. 18 Feb Txt and EMail to say Visa completed and passport ready for collection or dispatch 18 Feb TXT and Email advised Passport Dispatched with Kerry Express with details provided 18 Feb Checked Kerry Express and Passport delivered to them at 2..53pm with Delivery to me expected tomorrow 19 Feb 19 Feb 9.20 am Passport returned with bank passbook by courier. My wife has also obtained her Retirement Visa using Thai Visa Centre and I cannot commend or recommend Grace and her company enough. The process was simple, fast and went without a problem and VERY quick.
