I've used the company for a number of years back to the days of the thai pass. I've used a number of services retirement visa, cert so I could buy a motorcycle. Not only efficient it's the back up service that is 5* always quick to reply and help.Wouldn't use anyone else

I only have positive things to say about using Thai Visa Centre for my retirement visa. I had a very difficult officer at my local immigration who would stand out the front and scrutinize your application before even allowing you inside. He kept finding minor problems with my application, problems he had previously said weren't an issue. This officer is somewhat legendary for his pedantic behaviour. After having my application knocked back I turned to Thai Visa Centre who handled my visa with no issue. My passport was returned in a sealed black plastic envelope within a week or so of applying. If you want a stress free experience I have no hesitation in giving them a 5 star rating.

Very professional, very efficient, very responsive to emails usually within an hour or two even out of office hours and at week ends. Very fast too, TVC say it takes 5-10 working days. Mine took exactly 1 week from posting the documents they needed by EMS to their return by Kerry Express. Grace handled my retirement extension. Thank you Grace. I particularly liked the secure online progress tracker which provided the reassurance I needed.

Grace is an absolute super star! She's helped me with my visa over the past few years with complete professionalism and transparency. This year, she had to juggle a new passport and visa, and she arranged everything for me, including collection my new passport from the embassy seamlessly. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Have used Thai Visa Centre for the past 2 years (More competitive than my previous agent) have had very good service at reasonable cost.....Had my most recent 90 day reporting done by them and was a most painless experience.. far better than doing it myself. Update.....2021 Still using this service and will continue to do so.. this year regulation and price changes warranted bringing my renewal date forward but Thai Visa Centre warned me well ahead of time so as to take advantage of the current system. It's always a pleasure to deal with TVC. The staff are friendly and never an issue with communication. The turnaround is always quick. They say 7 - 10 days but mine was only 4 days with postage. I thoroughly recommend their service.

Hello to Grace and all the team at ..THAI VISA CENTRE. I am a 73 + year Australian, that has travelled Thailand extensively and over the years ,have been either doing visa runs or using a so called visa agent. I came to Thailand last year in July,as Thailand, finally opened up to the world after 28 months of lockdown I straight away got my retirement O visa with an immigration lawyer and hence always did my 90 day reporting with him as well I also had multiple entry visa ,but only used one recently in July, however I was not told a critical thing on entry. Anyway as my visa was running out on Nivember 12, I was shopping from piller to post, with ...SO CALLED EXPERTS .. who renew visas and more. After getting tired of these people, I found...THAI VISA CENTRE..and at the beginning spoke with Grace , who I must say answered all my questions very knowledgeably and very professionally and promptly, with no beating around the bush. Then I was dealing with the rest of the time, when it was time to do my visa again and once again I found the team extremely professional and helpful, all the way to keeping me in the loop,until I received my document s yesterday much faster than they first said..ie 1 to 2 weeks. I has it back in my hand in 5 working days . So I must highly recommend...THAI VISA CENTRE. Excellent service: professionally managed and quick. I got my visa in 5 days this time! (It usually takes 10 days though). You can check your visa request status thru a secured link, which gives a sense of reliability. The 90 days can also be made thru the app. Highly recommended

Dealt with Grace who was very helpful. She told me what to bring to there office in Bang Na. Gave the documents and paid in full she kept my Passport and Bank book. Two weeks later passport and bank book delivered to my room with first 3 month Retirement visa. Would highly recommend excellant service.

Great service, the whole chain from the people in charge of the Chat on Line, to the guy collecting and giving back my passeport and payment (5500 thb, coz emergency procedure) and the people making the visa extension. Result, I got in 2 days my visa extension of 30 days from my exemption visa I got 30 days ago at entry in Thailand. It saves a long waiting time doing that at the immigration central office of Bangkok ( C039, C040/3 อาคาร IT Square, Chaeng Watthana Rd, Talat Bang Khen, Lak Si, Bangkok 10210). On top of the efficiency and availability (24 hours I think) of the service, people are helpful and kind. Thank you so much for this new service. The only glitch was initially sending my passport to the wrong city and recipient. That should never happen and may be due to too much reliance on AI. But, all is well that ends well.

My first time using this agency and all I can say is from step one till the visa is complete they give a excellent service. Passport with visa was returned in 10 days. it would have been quicker but I sent the wrong document.

Fast and very convenient. They have lower prices than most other agencies, charging about the same amount that it would cost to go up to Vientiane, stay in a hotel for a few days while you wait for a tourist visa to be processed and come back to Bangkok.
