I was initially very sceptical but TVC quelled my scepticism and answer my questions via email very patiently even when I asked the same questions repeatedly. Eventually I went down on 23rd July and was attended to by a lady with long eyelashes (I did not get her name), she too was very attentive and answered all my questions. She even ask me do I really want a re-entry permit due to the current situation and I explained why I needed one. I was told that it will take about 5 working days and this morning (just 2 days after I handed in my passport), I receive a text message from TVC and was told that my passport is ready and the messenger will deliver it to me today. I just got my passport back and everything is as what TVC told me over the emails. Very helpful, very attentive, very professional. I would give 6 stars if I could. Once again thank you TVC and team for making this so easy for me!
