TVC is helping me with the transition to a retirement visa, and I cannot fault their service. I contacted them via email first of all, and through a set of clear and simplified instructions they told me what to prepare, what to send to them via email and what to bring with me to my appointment. Because a lot of the important information had already been provided via email, when I arrived at their office for my appointment all I had to do was sign a few documents they’d pre-filled based on the information I’d sent via email, hand over my passport and some pics, and make a payment. I arrived for my appointment one week before the end of the visa amnesty, and, despite having a lot of customers, I did not have to wait to see a consultant. No queues, no ‘take a number’ chaos, and no confused people wondering what to do next – just a very organised and professional process. As soon as I entered their office space a staff member who spoke excellent English called me to her desk, opened my files and got to work. I wasn’t making note of the time, but it felt like it was all over in 10 minutes. They told me to allow two to three weeks, but my passport with new visa was ready to collect after 12 days. TVC simplified the process completely, and I’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommended and worthwhile.

I was concerned about sending our passports away for our Visas, but have nothing but good things to say about their service. They were super responsive the entire time, easy to deal with, spoke English, fast and easy turn around, and they sent us our passports back without any hassle. They have an update system that notifies you of every step on your phone, and you can always reach someone fast with questions. The price is well worth it, and I'll be using their services again 100%.

Got my non o visa processed in time and they suggested the best time to process while I was on the amnesty window for best value for money. Door to door delivery was fast and flexible when I had to go to another place that day. Price is very reasonable. I haven't used their 90 day reporting help facility but it sounds useful.

They're absolutely fantastic! Update, October 2021: Wow, as in the past TVC has done a FANTASTIC job of delivering professional, valuable, and incredibly prompt visa service!! They just keep getting better! I renewed my passport and had it sent directly to them. They received it, informed me of receipt, and they transferred my old visa to my new passport, renewed the annual visa, and had it delivered to me in Phuket all in 3 days! THREE!! AMAZING!! Even though they processed so quickly I received emails each time the status of the process changed and could check status at any time. They truly have a fantastic system, wonderful staff, and an incredibly valuable service that they provide. Well done yet again!! Very professional from start to finish, very fast delivery! This was my first experience with Thai Visa Centre and I was very impressed and pleased. I had not needed to apply for a visa before but with covid travel restrictions I decided to this time. This is the 3rd time I have used Thai Visa Centre. I continue to use them due to the speed of turnaround and their professional attitude.

So let me tell you a little story. About a week ago I mailed in my passport. and then a few days later I sent him the money to get my Visa renewal. about 2 hours later I was checking my email and there was this huge story about how Thai visa center was all some kind of scam and illegal operation. Well they had my money and they had my passport.... So what now? I was reassured when I received a line message giving me the option of having my passport and money returned. But I thought, what then? They work with me on several visas n the past and I've never had any issues so let's go ahead and see what happens this time. My passport with my visa extension has just been returned to me. All is well with the world.

Fast and profetional service!

Me and friends just got our Visa back without any problems. We got a little bit worried after the news in the media on Tuesday . But all our questions via email , Line get replied. I understand that it was and is a difficult time for them now . We wish all the best and we will use their services again. We can only recommend them. After we received our Visaxetensions we also used TVC for our 90 day report. We send them via Line the required details. Big surprise 3days later the new report was delivered at home via EMS. The Thai Visa Centre was recommend to me by a friend who said they provided a very good service. I took the advice and when I contacted them, I must say, I was delighted. They are an efficient, professional and friendly organization. I was told exactly what was required regarding documentation, the cost and the expected turn around time. My passport and documentation was collected at my residence by courier and returned completed in three working days. All this was done in July 2020, during the mad panic, prior to the ending of the visa amnesty for Covid 19.
