I had not planned on staying in Thailand beyond my 30 day tourist visa. However, something came up and I knew I needed to extend. I got some information on how to go to the new place out in Laksi. It seemed fairly straight forward, but I knew I would have to get there early to avoid it being an all day thing. Then I saw the Thai Visa Centre online. Since it was already later morning, I thought I would contact them. They were very quick to respond to my inquiry and answered all of my questions. I decided to book a time slot for that afternoon which was super easy to do. I used the BTS and a taxi to get there which is what I would have needed to do anyway had I gone the Laksi route. I got there about 30 minutes before my scheduled time slot, but I only waited about 5 minutes before one of the excellent staff members, Mod, was able to help me. I barely had time to finish the nice cold bottled water they gave me. Mod filled out all the forms, took my picture, had me sign the documents in under 15 minutes. I really did nothing other than chat with the very pleasant staff. They called a taxi for me to get back to the BTS, and two days later my passport was dropped off at my condo front office. Of course the extended visa stamp was in place. My problem was solved in less time than it takes to get a proper Thai massage. Cost wise it was 3,500 baht to have these professionals do it for me instead of 1,900 baht for me to do it myself out in Laksi. I’ll take the zero stress pleasant experience every time and definitely be using them in the future for any visa needs. Thanks Thai Visa Centre and thanks Mod!

Great service provided by the staff at the visa centre 👍 The whole process was very smooth and without hassle. The staff are able to answer almost any queries you may have about Thai visa issues or how to go about solving visa related problems or issues. The lady staff member who served me; Khun Mai, she was very courteous and explained everything patiently to me. This agency came accross as very professional to me. Even though they could not help for my case, due to administrative details, they still took the time to receive me, listen to my case, and politely explain the reason why they would not be able to help. They also explained to me the procedure I should follow for my situation, even though they did not have to. 3 consecutive years of using TVC, and unbelievably professional service every time. TVC is the best service for any business I've used in Thailand. They know exactly what documents I need to submit each time I've used them, they quote me the price... there were never any corrections after that, what they told me I needed, was all I needed, not more... the price they told me was exactly that, it didn't increase it after the quote was given. Before I used TVC I'd done my own retirement visa, and it was a nightmare. If it wasn't for TVC, there is a good chance I wouldn't live here because of the mess I encounter when I don't use them. I can't say enough positive words about TVC.

The service was impeccable, quick and trustworthy. Granted, my case was very easy (30 day tourist visa extension) but Grace was super quick and helpful all along the way. Once your passport gets collected (applicable to Bangkok only) you will receive confirmation of receipt along with photos of my documents and a link on which to track your case 24/7. I had my passport back within 3 working days, delivered back to my hotel at no extra charge. Wonderful service, can highly recommend it!
