Someone comes to pick up your passport, and then return with the visa. Everything is done professionally. I love these guys. Just completed 2nd annual visa and super quick and easy as always...I didn't even leave my house! I see reviews on other sites questioning the fee. There are cheaper options, however they also come with a mixed bag of reviews. These guys are communicative, professional, and experts in their field.
