Thank you so much to Grace and Thai Visa Centre for helping my elderly father sort out his visa in a professional and very timely manner! This was an invaluable service (especially in these Covid times). Thai Visa Centre was recommended to us by several different friends here in Phuket, and I am so grateful we have used their services. They did everything exactly as they said, exactly when they said, and the fees are reasonable. Thank you so much!

I was concerned about sending our passports away for our Visas, but have nothing but good things to say about their service. They were super responsive the entire time, easy to deal with, spoke English, fast and easy turn around, and they sent us our passports back without any hassle.
They have an update system that notifies you of every step on your phone, and you can always reach someone fast with questions. The price is well worth it, and I'll be using their services again 100%.

Got my non o visa processed in time and they suggested the best time to process while I was on the amnesty window for best value for money. Door to door delivery was fast and flexible when I had to go to another place that day.
Price is very reasonable.
I haven't used their 90 day reporting help facility but it sounds useful.

This was my first experience with Thai Visa Centre and I was very impressed and pleased. I had not needed to apply for a visa before but with covid travel restrictions I decided to this time. I was unsure of the process but Grace was so kind, helpful and professional, patiently answering all my questions and explaining the process to me at each step. It all went so smoothly and I had my visa in 2 weeks. I would definitely use their service again and highly recommend it to anyone worried about travelling from Thailand these days!

So let me tell you a little story. About a week ago I mailed in my passport. and then a few days later I sent him the money to get my Visa renewal. about 2 hours later I was checking my email and there was this huge story about how Thai visa center was all some kind of scam and illegal operation.
Well they had my money and they had my passport....
So what now? I was reassured when I received a line message giving me the option of having my passport and money returned. But I thought, what then? They work with me on several visas n the past and I've never had any issues so let's go ahead and see what happens this time.
My passport with my visa extension has just been returned to me. All is well with the world.

The Thai Visa Centre was recommend to me by a friend who said they provided a very good service.
I took the advice and when I contacted them, I must say, I was delighted.
They are an efficient, professional and friendly organization.
I was told exactly what was required regarding documentation, the cost and the expected turn around time.
My passport and documentation was collected at my residence by courier and returned completed in three working days.
All this was done in July 2020, during the mad panic, prior to the ending of the visa amnesty for Covid 19.
I would recommenced anybody with any visa requirements to contact The Thai Visa Centre and recommend it to friends and associates.

For the last 2 years I have read a lot about Thai visas. I have found that they are very confusing. I think it is very easy to do something incorrectly and be refused a much needed visa.
I want to do things legally and smartly. That is why after much research I turned to Thai Visa Centre. They have made things legal and easy for me.
While some will look at the "up-front cost"; I look at the "total cost". This includes the time spent filling out forms, traveling to and from the Immigration Office and the wait time at the office. While I have not personally had a bad experience with an Immigration Officer in my previous visits to the Immigration Offices I have seen times when a customer and Immigration Officer did have words due to someone's frustrations! I think 1 or 2 bad days eliminated from the process must be factored into the "total cost".
In summary, I am Satisfied with my decision to use a visa service. I'm Extremely Glad that I chose Thai Visa Centre. I'm Completely Satisfied with Grace's Professionalism, Thoroughness, and Thoughtfulness.

Initially I was doubtful as I thought this could be a scam but after looking in to things and having some one I trusted go and make the payment for my visa personally I felt more at ease.. Everything that was done to get my one year volunteer visa went through very smoothly and received my pass port back within a week so everything was executed in good time. They were professional and all was done in a timely manner. Grace was wonderful. I would recommend them to everyone as the price was fair and they did everything in a timely fashion.
