The service was impeccable, quick and trustworthy. Granted, my case was very easy (30 day tourist visa extension) but Grace was super quick and helpful all along the way. Once your passport gets collected (applicable to Bangkok only) you will receive confirmation of receipt along with photos of my documents and a link on which to track your case 24/7. I had my passport back within 3 working days, delivered back to my hotel at no extra charge. Wonderful service, can highly recommend it!

I had to extended my tourist visa last minute.
The team from the thai visa centre responded immediately to my message and picked up my passport and money from my hotel.
I was told it will take a week but received my passport and visa extension 2 days later already! Delivered to my hotel as well.

Simple, direct, concise and precise correspondence. For me, the reduction in stress and the ability to remain in Thailand when leaving and returning is currently such a hassle was well worth the fee.

I will congratulate The Thai Visa Centre staff for a third consecutive annual hassle-free retirement extension that includes a new 90 day report. Always a pleasure to deal with an organisation that offers and delivers the service and support it promises.

Thai visa Centre very good and efficient but make sure they no exactly what you need, as I asked for a Retirement visa and they thought I had an O marriage visa but in my passport for the year before I had a retirement visa so they over charged me but 3000 B and asked me to forget the passed. Also make sure you have a Kasikorn Bank account as it’s cheaper.

Slightly or very apprehensive to start but checked with some previous clientele for their feedback and felt better.
It is just such a leap of faith to send a passport and a bank book to some new person in another city, then to pay monies and hope for the best outcome.
Grace was absolutely brilliant, I think the whole process start to finish was 3 days, I had a real-time update as I needed it, the system logged all submitted files and I could download them in a second, when the visa was approved I couldn't believe the speed of execution, 24 hours later I had my passport back, all bills, invoices, slips, etc
Highly recommend this service, above and beyond expectations

Grace and her staff were helpful and efficient in handling my visa needs. Their fees are not exorbitant but fair, considering if you did it yourself. You would be wasting alot of time and will be given the run around. Get Thai Visa Centre to do the running around and get rid of the visa stress. Well worth the money. Highly recommended. They don't pay me to say this! I was very critical and apprehensive in the beginning, but after trying them out for my extension of my visa, I got them to apply for a long term visa. Everything was good except it took a little bit longer. Be sure to allow plenty of time for renewal and application of visas.

I'm extremely impressed with the service that Thai Visa Centre (Grace) has given me and with how quickly my visa got processed.
My passport arrived back today (7 day turnaround door to door) complete with a new retirement visa and an updated 90 day report. I was notified when they received my passport and again when my passport with new visa was ready to send back to me. A very professional and efficient company. Extremely good value, highly recommended.

I started using the Thai Visa Center when the Covid situation left me without a visa I have had marriage visas and retirement visas for many years so I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised that the cost was reasonable and they use an effective messenger service to collect documents from my house to their office so far I have received my 3 month retirement visa and I’m in the process of getting my 12 month retirement visa I was advised that the retirement visa is an easier and cheaper visa when compared to a marriage visa many expats have mentioned this fact in the past so all in all they have been polite and have kept me in the loop at all times through Line chat I would recommend them if you want a hassle free experience without breaking the bank
