Very prompt on replying to your queries. I have used them to do my 90 day reporting and my annual 12 month extension. To put it bluntly they are awesome with customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a professional visa service.

This is my second time I use them and each time I found them to be professional, courteous and efficient. They have a tracking system were it's easy to track with pictures to confirm your paperwork. I've use to get stress about doing the visa but this agency makes it so easy and stress free.

efficient, usually easy to work with, although my most recent experience involved a bit of mucking around that was different to previous, they got the job done expeditiously.

Thai Visa Centre made extending my visa a painless process. It normally would've been anxiety inducing because my visa expired on a national holiday and immigration is closed, but they took care of it somehow and hand delivered my passport within a couple hours of dealing with immigration on my behalf. It is well worth the fee.

Contacted them on Sunday. Sent everything by Kerry Sunday afternoon. Everything confirmed Monday morning. Very fast "Line" response to my questions. Everything returned and completed Thursday. I hesitated 4 years before using them. My suggestion; don't hesitate, these guys are good and very responsive and professional.

Just ridiculous how convenient, timely, and attentive Thai Visa service is for Retirement Visas. If you’re not using Thai Visa Centre you are wasting time and money.

First time that I decided to apply for COVID Visa to extend my stay here when I first got 45 days stay based on Visa Exempt. The services were recommended to me by a Farang friend. Service was fast and hassle free. Submitted my passport and documents to Agency on Tuesday 20th July and received it on Saturday 24th July. Definitely will use their service next April if I decide to apply for Retirement Visa

First off very professional and also the best service from start to the end. I liked their pickup and dropoff at my door service. The fee is very reasonable hence great value. The communication with staff was easy because they speak good English. I saw their ad on YouTube and a friend recommended me as well. Thank you Grace!!

To be honest I was skeptical with using third party as a non-resident, but after reviewing I decided to give a try.
I psycho when I gave my passport to the driver because who knows what could happen to you?
However surprisingly I’m super satisfied with their service:
- they respond quick on line
- they have special access to you to follow the status
- they plan picking and delivery of passport
I would suggest to improve in communicating the docs they needed because I have 2 different versions.
Anyway overall process is smooth. So I’ll totally recommend them :)
My visa was done within 48hours! Thanks a lot

Great agency, never a problem. Grace and her staff has taken care of my visa for the past 6 years, they are all totally efficient, courteous helpful, prompt and friendly. I couldn't ask for better service Anytime I've need answers they have provided me with quick responses too. I highly recommend the Thai Visa Centre for quick, reliable service. Plus this last time they noticed that my passport was about to expire and took care of that for me too, they couldn't have been more helpful and I'm truly grateful for all the assistance they provided me.
