I give Thai Visa Centre 5 stars, but I would recommend that you hire more phone workers because when you guys get busy your text response time can be a little long. Otherwise I love your service!

Fantastic service from the moment I parked the car. Greeted by the doorman, shown the way in, greeted by the girls inside. Professional, polite and friendly, thanks for the water, it was appreciated. Exactly the same on the return visit to collect my passport. Well done team. I've personally recommended your services to several people already. Cheers Neil.

What a wonderful company! Would recommend anyone in Bangkok needing a Visa agent reach out to this company. Very professional, responsive, and understanding. We waited, not on purpose to the last minute to decide on using an agent and they were amazing. I will always use their services moving forward. Thai Visa Centre made this a stress free process. 5star service all the way. Messenger met us at our lobby and picked up our passports, pictures, money and delivered back to us when process was completed. Use this agent! You won't regret it.

My reason for recommending Thai Visa Centre is because when I went to the immigration centre they gave me a whole load of paperwork to do this included my marriage certificate which I had to send out of the country to have it legalised , but when I done my visa application through Thai Visa Centre all I needed was a few bits of information and I received my 1 year visa within days of dealing with them job done one very happy person.

I will definitely use the Thai Visa Centre again for all my visa needs. Very responsive and understanding. We waited till the last minute (I was all nerves) and they handled everything as well as reassured everything would be okay. They came to the place we were staying and picked our passports and money. All very secure and professional. They also returned our passports with visa stamp for our 60 day extension. I am so happy with this agent and service. If you are in Bangkok and in need of a Visa agent choose this company they will not disappoint.

TVC is helping me with the transition to a retirement visa, and I cannot fault their service. I contacted them via email first of all, and through a set of clear and simplified instructions they told me what to prepare, what to send to them via email and what to bring with me to my appointment. Because a lot of the important information had already been provided via email, when I arrived at their office for my appointment all I had to do was sign a few documents they’d pre-filled based on the information I’d sent via email, hand over my passport and some pics, and make a payment.
I arrived for my appointment one week before the end of the visa amnesty, and, despite having a lot of customers, I did not have to wait to see a consultant. No queues, no ‘take a number’ chaos, and no confused people wondering what to do next – just a very organised and professional process. As soon as I entered their office space a staff member who spoke excellent English called me to her desk, opened my files and got to work. I wasn’t making note of the time, but it felt like it was all over in 10 minutes.
They told me to allow two to three weeks, but my passport with new visa was ready to collect after 12 days.
TVC simplified the process completely, and I’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommended and worthwhile.

Very efficient service that takes care of the whole one year extension process. The whole process took 6 days which included mailing my passport to them in Bangkok and having it returned to me in Hat Yai. They also provide you with a live timeline so you are completely up to date with each stage of the extension application. Definitely recommend Thai Visa Centre.
