*Retirement Visa Application* Correspondence was with Grace. (We did speak to another lady and she was helpful also- Grace was out of office at the time. ) No question we asked was "silly", we were made to feel comfortable during all correspondence. We booked accommodation in Bangkok from Malaysia ( we are Australian's sailing in our yacht and applying for the retirement visas) for 10 days- made it a holiday! We got picked up, driven to bank then onto Immigration. This process started from pick up at 8am & dropped back to hotel by 1pm. Awesome! The driver, Mr Sun, was extremely helpful and efficient, from driving us right down to helping with translation with the "powers that be" for signing documents and general understanding. For us, pick up was Thursday 16th April ( 1 day earlier than initially expected so a nice surprise for starters) and passports and new bank book delivered to our hotel by motorbike courier on Sat 18th@ 6pm. This service was absolutely amazing. Worth every cent we paid to have it all happen smoothly..... Flights- accommodation- the lot!! Peace of Mind🙏 We would, (will & have) recommend the Thai Visa Centre to everyone. Fast. Efficient. Honest. Trustworthy.

This was the second year I used TVC for Non O-A retirement Extension and highly, highly recommend. They are efficient, soooo patient and it is way less stressful than doing myself. That alone is worth the fee. Last year due to some inaccurate info (not from TVC) I was down to the wire. I was txting at 10pm, receiving immediate answers and I had my extension in time. This year went much smoother but, there was a question and Grace called me to answer my concern. Her English is excellent and understands our thought processes needs and concerns. Again, I highly, highly recommend.

Since coming to Thailand, I was having trouble opening a bank account and was told by the bank that it could be opened if I had a student visa, so I enrolled in a language school. However, even with a student visa, I couldn't open an account and was at a loss, but after finding this company and asking for their help, I was able to successfully open a bank account and obtain a retirement visa.

I am planning to move back to Thailand later this year and have been stressing a bit about going through the visa process again. I lived in Bangkok for 5 years on a Retirement O visa from 2008 - 2013 with the process being a lot easier back then. Since I was currently in Bangkok for a holiday I wanted to find a new visa service while I was here and get the hard part locked in. I started searching Google and came across Thai Visa Centre. What initially jumped out at me was their amazing Google rating. After reading several reviews I was impressed enough to send an email with some basic questions. I received a reply from Miss Grace within a couple of hours. After several email exchanges I knew I wanted to know more and requested an appointment for the next day. I recently had my visa renewed and dealt with miss June. It is the first time that I used their services and as such, I was a bit catious with everything I was told and promised. Before committing and going to their office in BangNa, I called a few times to confirm several details. I cannot vouch for the other ladies however, miss June was no short of outstanding. She was clear, honest and provided all the requested information. In short, made me feel I could trust her. The process itself was quicker than promised and all was as expected or better.
