I received excellent service for my retirement visa since many years.

I didn't go to their office but did everything via Line. Excellent service all around with quick and helpful replies from a very friendly agent. I did a visa extension and used a courier service to send and receive the passport, the process itself took one week and there were no problems at all. Very organized and efficient, everything is double checked and verified before the proceedings took place. I can't recommend this center highly enough and I'll be definitely coming back.

I went into the office directly for my retirement visa, the office staff were all very nice and knowlegable, they had told me what to bring ahead of time for documents and it was only a matter of signing forms and paying the fee. I was told it would take one to two weeks and everything was completed in less than a week and that included then sending out my passport to me. So over all very very happy with the services, would highly recommend to any one needing any type of visa work completed, the cost was very reasonable as well

When using a visa agent in Thailand one should be very careful. I've used a few so called "agents" in the past (before finding THAI VISA CENTER) and they have every excuse in the book why they cannot get your visa done and/or refund your money. THAI VISA CENTER is the only reputable visa agent I can truly recommend. They are extremely organized, great service, fast and courteous and most important they actually get the job done! If you need any type of help with getting a visa, extending your visa etc.. you shouldn't think twice and contact this company.

I contacted the company to arrange a retirement visa for me and my wife in 2023. The whole process from beginning to end went smoothly! We were able to monitor the progress of our application since the start to the finish. Then in 2024 we did the Retirement Visas renewal with them - no problems at all! If you're not sure what you're doing with the visa application, go to these guys. I booked a half hour appointment and was given great advice on various options by Grace. I was applying for a retirement visa and was promptly collected from my accommodation at 7am two days after my initial appointment. A plush people carrier conveyed me to a bank in the centre of Bangkok where I was assisted by Mee. All the admin is completed promptly and efficiently before being conveyed to the immigration office for completion of the visa process. I returned to my accommodation just after noon that day in what was an extremely stress free process. I received my non resident and retirement visa stamped in my passport together with my Thai bank pass book the following week. Yes, you can do it yourself but will probably find many obstacles. Thai visa centre do all the leg work and ensure everything goes smoothly 👍
