Documents received 15 Feb Fees Transferred to their Bank 15 Feb Grace at the Thai Visa Centre advises that money received 16 Feb Txt message received & Email with link to online page where I can see the progress of my application. 18 Feb Txt and EMail to say Visa completed and passport ready for collection or dispatch 18 Feb TXT and Email advised Passport Dispatched with Kerry Express with details provided 18 Feb Checked Kerry Express and Passport delivered to them at 2..53pm with Delivery to me expected tomorrow 19 Feb 19 Feb 9.20 am Passport returned with bank passbook by courier. My wife has also obtained her Retirement Visa using Thai Visa Centre and I cannot commend or recommend Grace and her company enough. I used their services twice already for 30 day visa extension and i’ve had the best experience with them so far from all the visa agencies i’ve worked with in Thailand. They were professional and fast - took care of everything for me. When you work with them, you literally don’t have to do anything as they take care of everything for you. They sent me someone with a motorbike to pick up my visa and once it was ready they also shipped it back so i didn’t even have to leave my home. When you are waiting for your visa they provide a link so you can track every step of what’s happening with the process. My extension was always done in just a few days to maximum a week. (With another agency i had to wait 3 weeks to get my passport back and I had to keep following up instead of them informing me) If you don’t wanna have visa headaches in Thailand and you want professional agents to take care of the process for you I would highly recommend working with Thai Visa Centre! They handled everything with remarkable efficiency, completing the entire extension in a mere four days, even though I opted for their most budget-friendly route. What really stood out, though, was the wonderful team. Every staff member at Thai Visa Centre was incredibly friendly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. It's such a relief to find a service that is not only competent but also genuinely pleasant to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend Thai Visa Centre for anyone navigating Thai visa requirements. I saw the Thai Visa Centre advertised several times before deciding to look at their website more carefully. I needed to extend (or renew) my retirement visa, however on my reading of the requirements I thought I may not qualify. I thought I may not have the required documents, so I decided to book a 30 minute appointment to have my questions answered. In order to have my questions answered accurately, I took my passports (expired and new) and bank books - Bangkok Bank. I was pleasantly surprised that I was seated with a consultant immediately upon arrival. It took less than 5 minutes to establish that I had all that was required to extend my retirement visa. I did not need to change banks or provide other details or documents that I thought I may have to. I had no money with me to pay for the service, because I thought I was simply there to have some questions answered. I thought I would need a new appointment to obtain a renewal of my retirement visa. However, we still commenced the completion of all paperwork immediately with the offer that I could transfer money several days later to pay for the service, at which time the renewal process would get completed. It made things very convenient. I then became aware that Thai Visa accept payment from Wise, so I was able to pay the fee immediately. I attended on a Monday afternoon at 3.30pm and my passports were returned by courier (included in the price) in the afternoon of the Wednesday, less than 48 hours later. The entire exercise could not have been more seamless at an affordable and competitive price. In fact, cheaper than other places that I had enquired with. Above all, I had peace of mind knowing I had met my commitments to stay in Thailand. My consultant spoke English and although I utilised my partner for some Thai translation, it was not necessary. I would highly recommend the use of the Thai Visa Centre and intend to use them for all my future visa needs.

Always nice to use a professional company from the line messages to the staff to ask about the service and my changing circumstances everything was explained clearly, office was close to the airport so once I landed 15 minutes later I was in the office finalizing what service I would choose. All the paperwork was done and the next day I meet there agent and by just after lunch time all the immigration requirements were completed. I highly recommend the company and can confirm they are 100% legitimate everything was fully transparent from start to meeting the immigration officer taking your picture. My experience with Thai Visa Centre was superb. Very clear to the point, efficient and reliable. Any questions, doubts or information you needed, they will provide for you without delay. Usually they reply within the same day. We are a couple who decided to make a retirement visa, to avoid the unnecessary questions, stricter rules from the emigration officers, treating us like dishonest people everytime we visit Thailand more than 3 times a year. If others using this scheme to stay long periods in Thailand, running borders and flying to nearby cities, doesn't mean that all are doing the same and abusing it. Law makers doesn't always do the right decisions, wrong ones keeps the tourists away to choose nearby asian countries with lesser requirements and cheaper prices. But anyway, to avoid those inconvenient situation, we decided to follow the rules and applied to a retirement visa. I have to say that TVC is real deal, you don't have to worry about their credibility. Of course that you can't have a work done without paying a fee, which we consider is a good deal, because under the circumstances they offered and the reliability and efficiency of their work, I consider excellent. I will say that this company does what it says it will do. I needed a Non O retirement visa. Thai immigration wanted me to leave the country, apply for a different 90 day visa, and then return to them for the extension. The Thai Visa Centre said they could take care of a Non O retirement visa without me leaving the country. They were great in communication and were up front on the fee, and again did exactly what they said they would do. I received my one year visa in the quoted time frame. Thank you.

I was recommended the services of Grace and Thai Visa Centre through a close friend who'd been using them for about 8 years. I wanted a Non O retirement and 1 year extension plus an exit stamp. Grace sent me the necessary details and requirements. I sent the stuff and she replied with a link to monitor the process. After the required time, my visa/extension was processed and sent back to me via courier. Overall an excellent service, outstanding communication. As foreigners we all worry a little sometimes regarding immigration issues etc, Grace made the process seamless and without issues. Type of service: Non-Immigrant O Visa (Retirement) - annual extension, plus a Multiple Re-Entry Permit. This was the first time that I have used the Thai Visa Centre (TVC) and it won't be the last. I was very pleased with the service that I received from June (and the rest of the TVC team). Previously, I used a visa agent in Pattaya, but TVC were more professional, and slightly cheaper. TVC use the LINE app to communicate with you, and this works well. You can leave a LINE message outside of working hours, and someone will reply to you within a reasonable period of time. TVC inform you clearly of the documents that you require, and the fees. TVC offer the THB800K service and this is much appreciated. What led me to TVC was that my visa agent in Pattaya was no longer able to work with my Thai bank, but TVC was. If you live in Bangkok, they offer a free collection and delivery service for your documents, which is much appreciated. I visited the office in person, for my first transaction with TVC. They delivered the passport to my condo, after the visa extension and re-entry permit were completed. The fees were THB 14,000 for the retirement visa extension (including the THB 800K service) and THB 4,000 for the multiple re-entry permit, making a total of THB 18,000. You can pay in cash (they have an ATM in the office) or by PromptPay QR code (if you have a Thai bank account) which is what I did. I took my documents to TVC on the Tuesday, and immigration (outside of Bangkok) granted my visa extension and re-entry permit on the Wednesday. TVC contacted me on the Thursday, to arrange for the passport to be returned to my condo on the Friday, just three working days for the whole process. Thanks again to June and the team at TVC for a great job. See you again next year.

I had arrived in Bangkok July 22, 2025 contacted Thai Visa Center about Visa extension. I was concerned about trusting them with my passport However, I figured They have been advertising on LINE for years and if they were not legitimate I am sure they would not be in business by now. I was instructed to obtain 6 photos and when I was ready a courier came by motorcycle. I gave him my docs paid the fee by transfer and 9 days later a man returned by motorcycle and presented me with my extension. The experience was quick, easy and the definition of excellent customer service.
