On arrival at the office , a friendly greeting , was offered water, submitted forms, and necessary documentation for a visa, re-entry permit and 90 day report. Nice extra; suit jackets to slip on for official photographs. Everything was completed quickly; a couple of days later my passport was delivered to me in a downpour. I opened the wet envelope to find my passport in a waterproof pouch safe and dry. Inspected my passport to find the 90 day report slip had been attached with a paper clip rather than stapled to the page which damages the pages after multiple staples. The visa stamp and re-entry permit were on the same page, thereby saving an extra page. Clearly my passport had been handled with care as an important document should be. Competitive price. Recommended.

Type of service: Non-Immigrant O Visa (Retirement) - annual extension, plus a Multiple Re-Entry Permit. This was the first time that I have used the Thai Visa Centre (TVC) and it won't be the last. I was very pleased with the service that I received from June (and the rest of the TVC team). Previously, I used a visa agent in Pattaya, but TVC were more professional, and slightly cheaper. TVC use the LINE app to communicate with you, and this works well. You can leave a LINE message outside of working hours, and someone will reply to you within a reasonable period of time. TVC inform you clearly of the documents that you require, and the fees. TVC offer the THB800K service and this is much appreciated. What led me to TVC was that my visa agent in Pattaya was no longer able to work with my Thai bank, but TVC was. If you live in Bangkok, they offer a free collection and delivery service for your documents, which is much appreciated. I visited the office in person, for my first transaction with TVC. They delivered the passport to my condo, after the visa extension and re-entry permit were completed. The fees were THB 14,000 for the retirement visa extension (including the THB 800K service) and THB 4,000 for the multiple re-entry permit, making a total of THB 18,000. You can pay in cash (they have an ATM in the office) or by PromptPay QR code (if you have a Thai bank account) which is what I did. I took my documents to TVC on the Tuesday, and immigration (outside of Bangkok) granted my visa extension and re-entry permit on the Wednesday. TVC contacted me on the Thursday, to arrange for the passport to be returned to my condo on the Friday, just three working days for the whole process. Thanks again to June and the team at TVC for a great job. See you again next year.

I had arrived in Bangkok July 22, 2025 contacted Thai Visa Center about Visa extension. I was concerned about trusting them with my passport However, I figured They have been advertising on LINE for years and if they were not legitimate I am sure they would not be in business by now. I was instructed to obtain 6 photos and when I was ready a courier came by motorcycle. I gave him my docs paid the fee by transfer and 9 days later a man returned by motorcycle and presented me with my extension. The experience was quick, easy and the definition of excellent customer service.

I was applying for an O-A visa extension with multiple entries. Before anything else, I went to the TVC office in Bangna to get a feel of the company. The "Grace" I met was very clear in her explanations, and very friendly. She took the pictures that were needed and arranged my taxi back. I plagued them with quite a few complementary questions afterwards by email to alleviate further my anxiety level, and always got a prompt and accurate answer. A messenger came to my condo to get my passport and bank book. Four days later, another messenger was bringing back these documents with a new 90 day report and brand new stamps. Friends told me I could have done it myself with immigration. I don't dispute it (although it would have cost me 800 baht of taxi and a day at the immigration office plus probably not the right documents and having to go back again). But if you don't want any hassle for a very reasonable cost and zero stress level, I warmly commend TVC.

Simply the BEST agency in Thailand! You really don't need to search the other one. Most of the other agencies are serving only customers with residence in Pattaya or in Bangkok. Thai Visa Center is serving all around the Thailand and Grace and her staff are absolutely amazing. They have 24 hours Visa Centre which will answer your mails and all your questions in maximum two hours. Just send them all the papers what they need(really basic documents) and they will arrange everything for you. Only thing is that your Tourst Visa exemption/extension must be valid for minimum 30 days. I live North near Sakhon Nakhon. I came in Bangkok for appoinment and everything was done in 5 hours. They opened bank account for me early in the morning, then they took me to Immigration to convert my Visa exemption to Non O Immigrant Visa. And the day after I had already one year Retierment Visa done, so all together 15 months Visa, without any stress and with wonderful and very helpful staff. From beggining to the end everything was absolutely perfect! For thr first time customers, price is maybe bit expensive, but it is worth every single baht. And in future, all extensions and 90 days reports will be much much cheaper. I was in contact with more than 30 agencies, and I almost lost any hope that I can make it on time, but Thai Visa Center made it all possible in just one week!

I mailed my passport, et cetera to Thai Visa, in Bangkok on 13 May, having sent them some photos already. Received my items back here, Chiang Mai, the 22d of May. This was my 90-report and new one-year Non-O visa and also one re-entry permit. Total cost was 15,200 baht, which my g/f sent to them after they had received my docs. Grace kept me posted with emails throughout the process. Very fast, efficient and courteous people to do business with.

I’ve used this company to extend my visa exempt stay. Of course it is cheaper to go do it yourself - but if you want to free the burden of waiting in immigration in BK for hours, and money isn’t an issue… this agency is a great solution Sweet staff in the clean and professional office met me, polite and patient throughout my visit. Answered my questions, even when I enquired about DTV which wasn’t in the service I’m paying for, which I’m grateful for their advice I didn’t need to visit immigration (with other agency I did), and my passport was delivered back to my condo 3 business days after submission at the office with the extension all sorted Would happily recommend to those looking to navigate visa to spend longer time in the wonderful Kingdom. I was recommended the services of Grace and Thai Visa Centre through a close friend who'd been using them for about 8 years. I wanted a Non O retirement and 1 year extension plus an exit stamp. Grace sent me the necessary details and requirements. I sent the stuff and she replied with a link to monitor the process. After the required time, my visa/extension was processed and sent back to me via courier. Overall an excellent service, outstanding communication. As foreigners we all worry a little sometimes regarding immigration issues etc, Grace made the process seamless and without issues. I saw the Thai Visa Centre advertised several times before deciding to look at their website more carefully. I needed to extend (or renew) my retirement visa, however on my reading of the requirements I thought I may not qualify. I thought I may not have the required documents, so I decided to book a 30 minute appointment to have my questions answered. In order to have my questions answered accurately, I took my passports (expired and new) and bank books - Bangkok Bank. I was pleasantly surprised that I was seated with a consultant immediately upon arrival. It took less than 5 minutes to establish that I had all that was required to extend my retirement visa. I did not need to change banks or provide other details or documents that I thought I may have to. I had no money with me to pay for the service, because I thought I was simply there to have some questions answered. I thought I would need a new appointment to obtain a renewal of my retirement visa. However, we still commenced the completion of all paperwork immediately with the offer that I could transfer money several days later to pay for the service, at which time the renewal process would get completed. It made things very convenient. I then became aware that Thai Visa accept payment from Wise, so I was able to pay the fee immediately. I attended on a Monday afternoon at 3.30pm and my passports were returned by courier (included in the price) in the afternoon of the Wednesday, less than 48 hours later. The entire exercise could not have been more seamless at an affordable and competitive price. In fact, cheaper than other places that I had enquired with. Above all, I had peace of mind knowing I had met my commitments to stay in Thailand. My consultant spoke English and although I utilised my partner for some Thai translation, it was not necessary. I would highly recommend the use of the Thai Visa Centre and intend to use them for all my future visa needs.
