Courier picked up and return my passport and bank book which was very very very important to me since i had a stroke and walking and getting around is very hard for me and with the courier picking up and returning my passport and bankbook gave me piece of mind for security that it would not be lost in the mail. The courier was a special security measure that made me not worry.The whole experience was easy and safe and convenient for me.

A fairly easy process carried out. Although I was in Phuket at the time I flew to Bangkok for 2 nights to conduct bank account and immigration procedures. I was then moving onto Koh Tao where I was promptly posted my passport back with my retirement visa updated. Definately a slick no hassle easy process that I'd recommend to all

All my dealings with TVC were very positive. Exceedingly helpful staff who spoke excellent English fully explained the documentation requirements and how they would then process the visa that I required. 7 to 10 days was the estimated time to completion but they did it in 4 days. I cannot recommend TVC highly enough

THAI VISA CENTRE promised to return my passport with visa within 4 days after submittal of documents and application. They delivered it within 72 hours, instead. Whereas, other similar service providers required to perform several actions, the only action I had to do is give my documents to a messenger and pay the fee. Their courtesy, helpfullness, compassion, speed of response and excellence in professionalism is higher than 5 star. I never got such a quality service in Thailand

I have lived in Thailand for many years and attempted renewing myself only to be told the rules had changed. Then tried two visa companies. I was informed regularly on the process status, no travelling, only to my local post office and a lot less demands than doing it myself. Highly recommend this well organised company. They sent a currier to collect my passport & bankbook & take my picture. All the time we were in contact w/ each other. They were efficient & timely. It only took 4 days for process to be complete. They contacted when currier was on the way to return my items. Thai Visa went above my expectations & I am extremely grateful. I highly recommend.

Everything was great

I wanted to achieve a non-immigrant 'O' retirement visa. Cutting a long story short what official websites said about applying for it and what my local immigration office said were too different things when applying inside Thailand. I literally booked an appointment on the day with Thai Visa Centre, went in, completed the mandatory paperwork, paid the fee, followed the clear instructions and five days later had the required visa. Polite, fast answering staff and exceptional after care. You won't go wrong with this very well set up organisation.

Thai Visa Centre 😍 is such a great help. Just send your complete documents to them and they will do everything for you. Just wait for the Kerry to deliver the documents back to you. Approximately a week process. No hassles at all. Surely, use their services again after a year. Very helpful staff. They even reply to your email queries in the middle of the night. Awesome!!! I was very impressed with the service I received recently from the Thai Visa Center. I was a bit nervous at first but the staff person (Grace) was very friendly and helpful and took the time to carefully answer all my questions and addressed all my concerns. She gave me the confidence I needed to move things forward and I was so glad I did. And even when I had a small "hiccup/issue" during the process, she proactively called me to let me know everything would be resolved and sorted out. And it was! And then a few days later, much earlier than they originally told me, all of my documents were ready to go and finished. When I went to pick everything up, Grace again took time to explain what to expect moving forward in the future and send me some helpful links in order to do my necessary reporting etc. I walked away feeling very happy and pleased by how smoothly everything went and how fast and easy it ended up being. After obtaining several quotes from several agent, I made my choice on Thai Visa Centre mainly due to their positives reviews, but I also like the fact I did not need to go to the bank or immigration to obtain both my retirement visa and multiple entry. From the beginning, Grace was very helpful in explaining the process and confirming what documents were required. I was informed my visa would been ready between 8-12 business days, I got it in 3 days. They picked up my documents on Wednesday, and hand delivered my passport on Saturday. They also provide a link where you can review the status of your visa request and, see your payment as proof of payment. The cost for Bank requirement, Visa and Multiple entry was actually cheaper than most quote received. I would recommend Thai Visa Center to my friends and family members. I will use them again in the future.
