Great service, the whole chain from the people in charge of the Chat on Line, to the guy collecting and giving back my passeport and payment (5500 thb, coz emergency procedure) and the people making the visa extension. Result, I got in 2 days my visa extension of 30 days from my exemption visa I got 30 days ago at entry in Thailand. It saves a long waiting time doing that at the immigration central office of Bangkok ( C039, C040/3 อาคาร IT Square, Chaeng Watthana Rd, Talat Bang Khen, Lak Si, Bangkok 10210). On top of the efficiency and availability (24 hours I think) of the service, people are helpful and kind. Thank you so much for this new service. They have lower prices than most other agencies, charging about the same amount that it would cost to go up to Vientiane, stay in a hotel for a few days while you wait for a tourist visa to be processed and come back to Bangkok. I have been using TVC for some time now with good results, so is it this that makes me continually return? Actually it's not the usual "buzz words" which are banded about such as (Professional, Good quality, Responsive, Good value etc.), although they certainly encompass all of those, but isn't that what I'm paying for? The last time I used their services I made basic errors without even realizing it, poor exposure on pictures, no link for Google map, less than full postal address for their office, and worst of all I was late in getting the information package to them. What I value is that my errors were picked up and the small things which had the potential to be very problematic for me were quickly and quietly addressed, in short someone had my back and that was TVC - something to remember.

For "Non immig O + retirement extension"....Great communications. Can ask questions. Can get reasonable answers quickly. It took me 35 days, if you don't count the 6 holidays when immigration was not working. If you get as a couple, visa might not come on the same day. They gave us a link to keep checking progress but really the only progress is going from having the application in and getting the visas finally. So you just have to wait. And the progress link says "3-4 weeks" but in our case it's 6-7 weeks total for both O visas and retirement extensions, which they also told us. But we did not have to do anything except submit and just wait, about an hour at the office. It's quite easy and I would do again and again. My wife's visa took 48 days but we both have 25 & 26 July 2024 as renewal dates. So we recommend THAIVISA to all our friends without hesitation. Where's a link of testimony/reviews that I can send to my friends to see for themselves....?

I have used their services to renew my visa for three years in a row now. The price is reasonable but what I like is that they literally do everything, so I never have to visit an immigration office myself 🙂

Overall pretty good, they did what they said they'd do. I was nervous about being without my bank book and passport for a month. I temporarily blocked the bank account as a safety measure. More for my peace of mind than anything.
