Not all visa agencies are created equal. This one's got THE JUICE!! They do what others can't. It doesn't matter where you are in thailand..they handle everything remotely. They also have clear and direct instructions on how to accomplish obtaining the visa. Start to finish I obtained my DTV visa in 18 days from initial contact. I had to head to laos and the whole process was seamless. The laos embassy issued the visa 4 days after payment was made. Not sure if TVC has connections there, but it was pretty damn quick! They keep you well informed and get what you ask for done, even when time is running short. I consider the money spent engaging with TVC for my non O and retirement visa was a good investment. Just done my 90 day report through them, so easy and I saved money and time, with no stress of the immigration office. Just added my 2nd one year extension to their services, I dropped off my passport at the office this time, I was handled in a very professional manner and was dealt with quickly on Thursday. Passport with extension stamp returned Saturday afternoon. If you have a visa issue these are the people to speak with 5 star service.

Very happy with these guys, used them for years. Retirement visa. Good price and consistent service. Very simple and clear communication on the line app. One tip to note is sometimes the thai post guys have trouble finding your house to return your passport or you are not home to sign for it. Not related to the visa guys at all. You can call Thai post and they have an English speaking department dial 1545 then press 9# when you call the main four digit short code phone number to get English. The website also has English option. Some islands and rural areas they will usually hold the package at the local distribution centre until you come and collect it. You can use the thai post track and trace app to get hourly updates on delivery time too.

I switched from another service to TVC and the difference is like night and day. Great communication, fast turnaround time and half the price for an annual retirement renewal. I wish I'd made the switch years ago.

I have been dealing with this company for a few years now to renew my mother’s retirement visa and 90 days reporting. They have always been consistent and efficient with their service. The whole process is easy and takes not more than 7 days for visa renewal and only 3 or 4 days for 90 day report. All staff are polite, helpful and have a good understanding of the immigration requirement for foreigners.
