Fast and friendly service. Despite corona problems, the 90-day report was completed within 24 hours by the agency for me. The initial issuance of the retirement visa also went smoothly and quickly through the Thai Visa Centre. News and information about the visa are always up to date via Line Messenger. Communication can also easily be conducted via Line, usually there is no need to go to the office. The Thai Visa Centre is the best agency in Thailand if you need a retirement visa.

This place sure knows how to get stuff done. I sent a message via line, they told me to drop my passport off, and a few days later I just picked it up with a visa. I didn't even need to fill any forms out, I wish it was this easy in other countries.

November 2019 I decided to use Thai Visa Centre to obtain for me a new Retirement Visa because I was getting tired of going to Malaysia every time for a few days, very boring and tedious. I had to send them my passport!! That was a leap of faith for me, as a foreigner in another country his passport is the most important document! I did it anyway, saying a few prayers :D It was unnecessary! Within one week I had my passport delivered back to me via registered mail, with a brand new 12 month Visa inside! Last week I asked them to provide me a new Notification of Address, (The so-called TM-147), and that too was delivered promptly to my home via registered mail. I am extremely happy to have chosen for Thai Visa Centre, they have not disappointed me! I will recommend them to all who are in need of a new hassle free Visa!

Absolutely the most professional Visa Service Company in Thailand. This is the second year they professionally handled my Retirement Visa extension. The turn around was four (4) working days from pick up by their courier to delivery to my residence via Kerry Express. I will use their services for all of my Thailand Visa needs as they arise.

This is by far one of the best agencies in thailand.. I recently had a situation where the previous agent I was using wouldn't return my passport, and kept telling me its coming, its coming after almost 6 weeks passed. I picked up my passport on Monday. It was surprisingly busy over there, next year I will come on a Wednesday.

The real deal. Sent my passport to their offices, followed the instructions and presto! Three weeks later I had my visa. Grace and her staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I will go back to them for any visa needs in the future. If anyone gives bad reviews, don't believe them. These are the nicest and most helpful people. Just did my second extension with TVC. This was the process: contact them via line and tell them my extension is due. Two hours later their courier arrived to pick up my passport. Later that day I received a link via Line I could use to track the progress of my application. Four days later my passport was returned via Kerry express wtih the new visa extension. Fast, painless, and convenient. For many years, I made the journey out to Chaeng Wattana. An hour and a half trip to get out here, five or six hours spent waiting to see an IO, another hour waiting to get my passport returned, an hour and a half journey back home. Then there was the uncertainy over whether I had all the right documents or if they were going to ask for something I hadn't prepared. Sure, the cost was cheaper, but as far as I'm concerned the extra cost is worth it. I also use TVC for my 90 day reports. They contact me to tell me my 90 day report is due,. I give them the go ahead and that's it. They have all my documents on file and I don't need to do a thing. The receipt comes a few days later by EMS. I've lived in Thailand a long time and I can assure you service like this is very rare.

With all the changes that have happened this year it's been a very confusing year, but grace made my transition over to a Non-O visa very easy... I will be using Thai Visa Centre again in the future for my 1 year retirement extension.
