On arrival at the office , a friendly greeting , was offered water, submitted forms, and necessary documentation for a visa, re-entry permit and 90 day report. Nice extra; suit jackets to slip on for official photographs. Everything was completed quickly; a couple of days later my passport was delivered to me in a downpour. I opened the wet envelope to find my passport in a waterproof pouch safe and dry. Inspected my passport to find the 90 day report slip had been attached with a paper clip rather than stapled to the page which damages the pages after multiple staples. The visa stamp and re-entry permit were on the same page, thereby saving an extra page. Clearly my passport had been handled with care as an important document should be. Competitive price. Recommended.

Simply the BEST agency in Thailand! You really don't need to search the other one. Most of the other agencies are serving only customers with residence in Pattaya or in Bangkok. Thai Visa Center is serving all around the Thailand and Grace and her staff are absolutely amazing. They have 24 hours Visa Centre which will answer your mails and all your questions in maximum two hours. Just send them all the papers what they need(really basic documents) and they will arrange everything for you. Only thing is that your Tourst Visa exemption/extension must be valid for minimum 30 days. I live North near Sakhon Nakhon. I came in Bangkok for appoinment and everything was done in 5 hours. They opened bank account for me early in the morning, then they took me to Immigration to convert my Visa exemption to Non O Immigrant Visa. And the day after I had already one year Retierment Visa done, so all together 15 months Visa, without any stress and with wonderful and very helpful staff. From beggining to the end everything was absolutely perfect! For thr first time customers, price is maybe bit expensive, but it is worth every single baht. And in future, all extensions and 90 days reports will be much much cheaper. I was in contact with more than 30 agencies, and I almost lost any hope that I can make it on time, but Thai Visa Center made it all possible in just one week!

I mailed my passport, et cetera to Thai Visa, in Bangkok on 13 May, having sent them some photos already. Received my items back here, Chiang Mai, the 22d of May. This was my 90-report and new one-year Non-O visa and also one re-entry permit. Total cost was 15,200 baht, which my g/f sent to them after they had received my docs. Grace kept me posted with emails throughout the process. Very fast, efficient and courteous people to do business with.

Of course it is cheaper to go do it yourself - but if you want to free the burden of waiting in immigration in BK for hours, and money isn’t an issue… this agency is a great solution Sweet staff in the clean and professional office met me, polite and patient throughout my visit. I recently used the service to obtain a Non-O retirement Visa and open a bank account the same day. Both the chaperone that guided me through both facilities and the driver gave excellent service. The office even made an exception and was able to get my passport to my condo later the same day as I was traveling the next morning. I did my Non O visa through the Bangkok branch, they were very helpful, friendly, reasonable prices, quick and always kept me informed of each procedure. From the start, Thai Visa was very professional. Just a few questions, I sent them some documents and they were ready to help renew my retirement visa. On the day of the renewal they picked me up in a very comfortable van, had me sign some papers, then took me to immigration. At immigration I signed some copies of my documents. I met with an immigration officer and I was finished. They returned me home in their van. Excellent service and very professional!!
