Thai Visa Centre have been a support for my visa processes. From VIP entry, application for visa, opening a bank account and 90 day reporting. They are super responsive, professional and very reliable. Thanks to Grace and team.

Thai visa Centre are the best! They were very patient and helpful in the process. Responds quickly and went above me to make sure I had All the documents that was needed! I would recommend these them 1 million times over‼️❤️🙏🏾

Very helpful and professional service and very quick at replying to any questions

Very satisfied with the visa services provided here, documents picked up and delivered promptly.

Very good contact. Easy, fast and efficient. We used this agency for my husband's retirement visa and the 90-day extension for me. They were very efficient and the service is great. They have a courier who comes to pick up your passport at home and brings it back once the visa is obtained. All this for a very reasonable price. Thank you for your help.

When I first arrived in Bangkok two months ago, I truly did not know if I would stay beyond the standard time allowed on my U.S. passport. But as this city continued to hold and support me through a very deep healing chapter of my life, I realized I wanted to remain here longer and began researching visa options for both myself and my partner. After spending a lot of time reading reviews and searching through different companies, Thai Visa Center kept standing out. Their reviews were consistently strong and aligned with the kind of support and professionalism I was looking for, so I decided to reach out regarding a retirement visa for myself. From beginning to end, the process felt incredibly streamlined and well managed. Yes, the retirement visa process itself took the entire day, but every step was handled with care and precision. They arranged transportation, took us to open a bank account, guided us through immigration, and coordinated the process seamlessly throughout the day. There was always someone there helping, monitoring, translating, and making sure things moved smoothly. I am someone who is extremely particular and discerning with services, especially in another country. I will admit that initially I had a small moment of hesitation when the deposit was sent to an individual’s name rather than directly to a company account. But after reading the reviews, trusting the process, and then actually experiencing the service firsthand, any concern completely disappeared. Since then, I have already used them again to help extend Matty’s visa from 60 days to 90 days, and I can already tell we’ll continue using them moving forward as we pursue a Destination Thailand Visa for him as well. I also obtained a residence certificate through them to purchase a motorcycle. What impressed me most was not just the efficiency, but the feeling that they genuinely know what they are doing and care about guiding foreigners through what can otherwise feel like a stressful and confusing process. Truly grateful for the support and I can wholeheartedly recommend Thai Visa Center to anyone needing visa or immigration related services in Thailand.

Excellent, professional, friendly & very fast, smooth service! They gave great advice every step of the way even when (in my case) things got a bit complicated. I changed from a yearly Thai work visa to a retirement visa & I can't rate this company highly enough. I owe their staff very BIG thanks! 🙏

Update April 2026. Just got my passport back with a new one year extension. Very impressive service again. I sent my documents to Bangkok on Monday 27th April and received them back on Saturday 2nd May. Once again a flawless service and zero stress. Keep up the great service! Original review 2025 Great service. Very attentive and quick to respond to questions. Quick turn-around and great value for money. I spent the last 20+ years struggling with the for-ever-changing Immigration rules and worrying every year if I got everything right. No more. Thai Visa Centre will be my go to place in the future. Highly recommended.

Extension non-O (retirement). I use their service since 2021. Flawless. Super fast. Square. No surprise. Well organized. Grace's company is a blessing. I'm not overstating. Old people (like me) need to prevent STRESS. Grace's company provides exactly this. It costs ? Yes, sure, like everything else. But this money is well spent. It's an INVESTMENT (for your mental health).

Second time using their visa services. I was Sceptical the first time when using them but after a smooth boarder run process I had no problem trusting them a second time for a visa extension. Everything went smoothly and no problems at all. I will be using them again for sure.

I have been using Thai Visa Centre to acquire my Non-O “Retirement Visa” for at least the past 18 years and have only good things to say about their service. Just recently they rushed to get me my visa prior to my leaving on a trip and it worked like a charm. Thank you TVC!

Great service from Thai visa centre. This is the 3rd time that i do a transaction with them. Strongly recommend it.

Excellent service. Had my passport and Visa done in 1 week.

I could not be happier with the price and efficiency of the Thai Visa Centre. Having had the opportunity to use them now for over three years, I have not had a single negative issue. I still could not be happier with their service. They are super nice also, which stops all anxiety and any concerns I would normally expect with such a process. The online Retirement Visa application process is so easy it hardly seems possible, but it is. So simple and quick. None of the usual old visa renewal problems with these folks. Just contact them and live stress free. Thank you, lovely Thai Visa Centre folks! I shall certainly be in contact again soon for my 90-day report, which saves me spending half of my day visiting the immigration office with no stress at all. Thank you all.

I have used this company for many years and they make life living here in Thailand hassle free with no stress when dealing with the bureaucratic systems well known in the Land of Smiles. Highly recommend Grace and her team

I have contacted them on a Sunday night at 9.30 for a 90 days report due the day after. They were nice and helping, we sorted everything in less than 30 min for 500 bath. Report was done few days later, no problem. I recommend.

I am planning to move back to Thailand later this year and have been stressing a bit about going through the visa process again. I lived in Bangkok for 5 years on a Retirement O visa from 2008 - 2013 with the process being a lot easier back then. Since I was currently in Bangkok for a holiday I wanted to find a new visa service while I was here and get the hard part locked in. I started searching Google and came across Thai Visa Centre. What initially jumped out at me was their amazing Google rating. After reading several reviews I was impressed enough to send an email with some basic questions. I received a reply from Miss Grace within a couple of hours. After several email exchanges I knew I wanted to know more and requested an appointment for the next day. I did say upfront that I wasn't ready yet to get started with the process, but wanted to know more. Grace said no problem and to come into the office for a chat. I was greeted by a friendly staff and sat down with Miss Mod who's English was beyond very good. I can't begin to say enough about the courtesy Miss Mod gave me along with her polite personality and with a pleasant touch of an all around good nature. She answered all my questions with great detail. Explained everything regarding the visa process and bank setup and when I didn't quite get it she politely explained it again. We got the basics started with passport photo, photo of my current U.S. driver's license. and set up a LINE connection to communicate back and forth with any questions. Miss Mod made feel so comfortable that I knew right then and there Thai Visa Centre was going to be my new "Best Friend". When I am ready to start the process this is the visa service I am going to use for my new Retirement O Visa, It was well worth the time for me stop by and establish a great working relationship. Thai Visa Centre gets my own personal 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Miss Mod also gets my own personal 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the service for all your Thai Visa needs! I highly recommend Thai Visa Centre and I only just got started. Thank You Miss Mod and Thai Visa Centre for your time today and see you soon!

I have been using the Thai Visa Centre for many years, at first for arranging my initial NON-O visa, and subsequently for its annual renewal. Also for 90-day reporting when needed. I can highly recommend their efficient fast and friendly professional service.

Very professional advices for the appropriate type of visa to be applied, super express service speed - I got my passport and visa approval stamp in 3 working days

Thai Visa Centre customer service is amazing! The way they ship my passport back were so professional. I am very impressed with the overall experience!

Once again a big thank you to the TVC team for an excellent and speedy service 👍 the best compliment I can give is that you make me feel like I am your most important customer everytime I use your services.

Let them do everything so much easier and cheaper

I recently had my visa renewed and dealt with miss June. It is the first time that I used their services and as such, I was a bit catious with everything I was told and promised. Before committing and going to their office in BangNa, I called a few times to confirm several details. I cannot vouch for the other ladies however, miss June was no short of outstanding. She was clear, honest and provided all the requested information. In short, made me feel I could trust her. The process itself was quicker than promised and all was as expected or better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company in general and muss June in particular.

Very helpful and excellent service. Recommended!

I will now use them for my marriage visa, it is a bigger step but trust has been built. Thank you Thai Visa Center Uodate: now using them fir my marriage visa, they make the process so easy. *Retirement Visa Application* Correspondence was with Grace. (We did speak to another lady and she was helpful also- Grace was out of office at the time. ) No question we asked was "silly", we were made to feel comfortable during all correspondence. We booked accommodation in Bangkok from Malaysia ( we are Australian's sailing in our yacht and applying for the retirement visas) for 10 days- made it a holiday! We got picked up, driven to bank then onto Immigration. This process started from pick up at 8am & dropped back to hotel by 1pm. Awesome! The driver, Mr Sun, was extremely helpful and efficient, from driving us right down to helping with translation with the "powers that be" for signing documents and general understanding. For us, pick up was Thursday 16th April ( 1 day earlier than initially expected so a nice surprise for starters) and passports and new bank book delivered to our hotel by motorbike courier on Sat 18th@ 6pm. This service was absolutely amazing. Worth every cent we paid to have it all happen smoothly..... Flights- accommodation- the lot!! Peace of Mind🙏 We would, (will & have) recommend the Thai Visa Centre to everyone. Fast. Efficient. Honest. Trustworthy.

This is a great service. Made my experience easy. Picked up from home. Escorted to front of the line. Clear instructions and explanation of the process from start to finish. Worth the cost for the convenience and navigation through the process. Visa was delivered today! 4 days!

The whole experience was exceptional, from the initial telephone conversation to getting my visa and passport returned back to me, completely hassle free.
