I contacted Thai Visa Centre again and have just done my 2nd time Retirement extension Visa with then. It was an excellent service and very professional. Me and friends just got our Visa back without any problems. We got a little bit worried after the news in the media on Tuesday . But all our questions via email , Line get replied. I understand that it was and is a difficult time for them now . We wish all the best and we will use their services again. We can only recommend them. After we received our Visaxetensions we also used TVC for our 90 day report. We send them via Line the required details. Big surprise 3days later the new report was delivered at home via EMS. So let me tell you a little story. About a week ago I mailed in my passport. and then a few days later I sent him the money to get my Visa renewal. about 2 hours later I was checking my email and there was this huge story about how Thai visa center was all some kind of scam and illegal operation. Well they had my money and they had my passport.... So what now? I was reassured when I received a line message giving me the option of having my passport and money returned. But I thought, what then? They work with me on several visas n the past and I've never had any issues so let's go ahead and see what happens this time. My passport with my visa extension has just been returned to me. All is well with the world.

Outstanding service. No fuss and precise advice. A delighted customer. Edit June 2001: Completed my retirement extension in record time, processed on Friday and I received my passport on the Sunday. Free 90 day report to initiate my new visa. With rain season on us, TVC even used a rain protective envelope to ensure safe return of my passport. The Thai Visa Centre was recommend to me by a friend who said they provided a very good service. I took the advice and when I contacted them, I must say, I was delighted. They are an efficient, professional and friendly organization. I was told exactly what was required regarding documentation, the cost and the expected turn around time. My passport and documentation was collected at my residence by courier and returned completed in three working days. All this was done in July 2020, during the mad panic, prior to the ending of the visa amnesty for Covid 19. For the last 2 years I have read a lot about Thai visas. I have found that they are very confusing. I think it is very easy to do something incorrectly and be refused a much needed visa. I want to do things legally and smartly. That is why after much research I turned to Thai Visa Centre. They have made things legal and easy for me. While some will look at the "up-front cost"; I look at the "total cost". This includes the time spent filling out forms, traveling to and from the Immigration Office and the wait time at the office. While I have not personally had a bad experience with an Immigration Officer in my previous visits to the Immigration Offices I have seen times when a customer and Immigration Officer did have words due to someone's frustrations! I think 1 or 2 bad days eliminated from the process must be factored into the "total cost". In summary, I am Satisfied with my decision to use a visa service. I'm Extremely Glad that I chose Thai Visa Centre. I'm Completely Satisfied with Grace's Professionalism, Thoroughness, and Thoughtfulness.
