My experience with Thsi Vida Centre has been the best in staff, and customer service in getting the visa and 90 day report done on time. I would highly recomment this company for any visa needs they may require. You will not be disappointed GUARANTEE!!!

TVC is helping me with the transition to a retirement visa, and I cannot fault their service. I contacted them via email first of all, and through a set of clear and simplified instructions they told me what to prepare, what to send to them via email and what to bring with me to my appointment. Because a lot of the important information had already been provided via email, when I arrived at their office for my appointment all I had to do was sign a few documents they’d pre-filled based on the information I’d sent via email, hand over my passport and some pics, and make a payment.
I arrived for my appointment one week before the end of the visa amnesty, and, despite having a lot of customers, I did not have to wait to see a consultant. No queues, no ‘take a number’ chaos, and no confused people wondering what to do next – just a very organised and professional process. As soon as I entered their office space a staff member who spoke excellent English called me to her desk, opened my files and got to work. I wasn’t making note of the time, but it felt like it was all over in 10 minutes.
They told me to allow two to three weeks, but my passport with new visa was ready to collect after 12 days.
TVC simplified the process completely, and I’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommended and worthwhile.

Very proffesional since the first email.
They answer all my questions. Then i went to the Office and It was very easy. So i apply for the Non-O. I got a link where i could check the status of my passport. And today just received my passport vía post, because i don't live in Bangkok. Don't hesitate to Contact them. Thank you!!!!

I was concerned about sending our passports away for our Visas, but have nothing but good things to say about their service. They were super responsive the entire time, easy to deal with, spoke English, fast and easy turn around, and they sent us our passports back without any hassle.
They have an update system that notifies you of every step on your phone, and you can always reach someone fast with questions. The price is well worth it, and I'll be using their services again 100%.

Got my non o visa processed in time and they suggested the best time to process while I was on the amnesty window for best value for money. Door to door delivery was fast and flexible when I had to go to another place that day.
Price is very reasonable.
I haven't used their 90 day reporting help facility but it sounds useful.

The process today of going to the bank and then to immigration went very smoothly.
The driver of the van was careful and the vehicle was much more comfortable than we would have expected.
(My wife suggested that having bottles of drinking water in the van may be something good to consider for furture clients.)

I was sending my passport during the “news” time. At first no one answered my phone , and I was in a big worries , until after 3 days, They phoned me and said they can still do the service for me. After 2 weeks my passport back with visa stamps. And after 3 months. I sent them again my passport for extension and it came back like 3 days only. Got a stamp for Khon Kean immigration. Well, the service is fast and great except the price is a bit high but If you can accept it, everything is okay . now I’m still in Thailand for almost one year , I hope it will be no problem when I exit the country. May everyone safe in the covid situation.

Sent passport they sent me a photo showing they received it,sent me updates on every step of process up to the envelope sending back my passport with updated one year visa
This is the third time I've used this company
And won't be the last ,took one week start to finish and there was a holiday on one of the days so super fast ,any questions ive had in the past were always dealt with with professionalism thankyou for making my life a little less stressful Thai visa centre ,I am just a happy customer hoping this helps out people who are unsure ,the service is the best
