November 2019 I decided to use Thai Visa Centre to obtain for me a new Retirement Visa because I was getting tired of going to Malaysia every time for a few days, very boring and tedious. I had to send them my passport!! That was a leap of faith for me, as a foreigner in another country his passport is the most important document! I did it anyway, saying a few prayers :D It was unnecessary! Within one week I had my passport delivered back to me via registered mail, with a brand new 12 month Visa inside! Last week I asked them to provide me a new Notification of Address, (The so-called TM-147), and that too was delivered promptly to my home via registered mail. I am extremely happy to have chosen for Thai Visa Centre, they have not disappointed me! I will recommend them to all who are in need of a new hassle free Visa!

My first retirement visa renewal I was worried about BUT thai visa Centre always assured me everything was OK and tgey can do. This is by far one of the best agencies in thailand.. I recently had a situation where the previous agent I was using wouldn't return my passport, and kept telling me its coming, its coming after almost 6 weeks passed. Eventually igot my passport back, and decided to use Thai Visa Centre. A couple days later and I have a retirement visa extension, and it was also cheaper that my first open, even including the stupid fee that the other agent charged me because i decided to get my passport back from them. The real deal. Sent my passport to their offices, followed the instructions and presto! Three weeks later I had my visa. Grace and her staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I will go back to them for any visa needs in the future. If anyone gives bad reviews, don't believe them. These are the nicest and most helpful people. You will never go anywhere else for more reasonable, friendly and honest service. Avoid the Thai immigration madness. Just call them. Highly reccomend! 🙏🙏

I had trouble reaching a person over phone. I think they only can talk to one person at a time on the phone. I would suggest emailing or messaging them. Once I realized this I had no issues with reaching them.

I just recently used Thai Visa Centre, they were great. I came on a Monday, and had my passport back by Wednesday with a 1 year retirement extension. They charged me only 14,000 THB, and my previous lawyer was almost charging me double! Thank you Grace.
