The Thai Visa Centre was recommend to me by a friend who said they provided a very good service. I took the advice and when I contacted them, I must say, I was delighted. They are an efficient, professional and friendly organization. I was told exactly what was required regarding documentation, the cost and the expected turn around time. My passport and documentation was collected at my residence by courier and returned completed in three working days. All this was done in July 2020, during the mad panic, prior to the ending of the visa amnesty for Covid 19. I would recommenced anybody with any visa requirements to contact The Thai Visa Centre and recommend it to friends and associates. Donall.

Initially I was doubtful as I thought this could be a scam but after looking in to things and having some one I trusted go and make the payment for my visa personally I felt more at ease.. Everything that was done to get my one year volunteer visa went through very smoothly and received my pass port back within a week so everything was executed in good time. For the last 2 years I have read a lot about Thai visas. I have found that they are very confusing. I think it is very easy to do something incorrectly and be refused a much needed visa. I want to do things legally and smartly. That is why after much research I turned to Thai Visa Centre. They have made things legal and easy for me. While some will look at the "up-front cost"; I look at the "total cost". This includes the time spent filling out forms, traveling to and from the Immigration Office and the wait time at the office. While I have not personally had a bad experience with an Immigration Officer in my previous visits to the Immigration Offices I have seen times when a customer and Immigration Officer did have words due to someone's frustrations! I think 1 or 2 bad days eliminated from the process must be factored into the "total cost". In summary, I am Satisfied with my decision to use a visa service. I'm Extremely Glad that I chose Thai Visa Centre. I'm Completely Satisfied with Grace's Professionalism, Thoroughness, and Thoughtfulness.

Just did my second extension with TVC. This was the process: contact them via line and tell them my extension is due. Two hours later their courier arrived to pick up my passport. Later that day I received a link via Line I could use to track the progress of my application. Four days later my passport was returned via Kerry express wtih the new visa extension. Fast, painless, and convenient. For many years, I made the journey out to Chaeng Wattana. An hour and a half trip to get out here, five or six hours spent waiting to see an IO, another hour waiting to get my passport returned, an hour and a half journey back home. Then there was the uncertainy over whether I had all the right documents or if they were going to ask for something I hadn't prepared. Sure, the cost was cheaper, but as far as I'm concerned the extra cost is worth it. I also use TVC for my 90 day reports. They contact me to tell me my 90 day report is due,. I give them the go ahead and that's it. They have all my documents on file and I don't need to do a thing. The receipt comes a few days later by EMS. I've lived in Thailand a long time and I can assure you service like this is very rare.

The initial issuance of the retirement visa also went smoothly and quickly through the Thai Visa Centre. News and information about the visa are always up to date via Line Messenger.
