Came in today to pickup my passport, and all the staff was wearing Christmas hats, and they even have a Christmas tree. My wife thought it was so cute. They provided me with my 1 year retirement extension without a hitch. If anyone needs visa services, I will be recommending this place.

This is by far one of the best agencies in thailand.. I recently had a situation where the previous agent I was using wouldn't return my passport, and kept telling me its coming, its coming after almost 6 weeks passed. Eventually igot my passport back, and decided to use Thai Visa Centre. A couple days later and I have a retirement visa extension, and it was also cheaper that my first open, even including the stupid fee that the other agent charged me because i decided to get my passport back from them. I have used Thai Visa Centre to obtain a 90 day retirement visa and subsequently a 12 month retirement visa. I have had excellent service, prompt responses to my queries and absolutely no problems. A great hassle-free service that I can recommend without hesitation.

With all the changes that have happened this year it's been a very confusing year, but grace made my transition over to a Non-O visa very easy... I will be using Thai Visa Centre again in the future for my 1 year retirement extension.

The real deal. Sent my passport to their offices, followed the instructions and presto! Three weeks later I had my visa. Grace and her staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I will go back to them for any visa needs in the future. If anyone gives bad reviews, don't believe them. These are the nicest and most helpful people. You will never go anywhere else for more reasonable, friendly and honest service. Avoid the Thai immigration madness. Just call them. Highly reccomend! 🙏🙏

I had trouble reaching a person over phone. I think they only can talk to one person at a time on the phone. I would suggest emailing or messaging them. Once I realized this I had no issues with reaching them.

I just recently used Thai Visa Centre, they were great. I came on a Monday, and had my passport back by Wednesday with a 1 year retirement extension. They charged me only 14,000 THB, and my previous lawyer was almost charging me double! Thank you Grace.
